Our Story
Aurora began the way the best things do — with connection. Kendryx found Kelsie's community while navigating her own infertility journey, drawn to her warmth, her realness, and her gift for holding space for people grieving and hoping for motherhood. What started as a follower and a familiar voice became a podcast conversation, then a friendship. So when Kendryx left the agency world, it was Kelsie who encouraged her to take a leap of faith — and in January 2026, Aurora was born.
We built Aurora because we'd seen the other side of this industry: the predatory contracts, the missing transparency, the creators treated like paycheques. We wanted something rooted in honesty and trust, because beautiful things grow from that. Kendryx brings eight years in talent management — partnerships, negotiation, and the networks that come with them — while Kelsie, a creator on our own roster, brings lived experience in building platforms and communities. We're a small, selective agency, and we like it that way. We're not here to break the agency model; we're here to redefine what it means to truly support creators — mutual growth, mutual support, and digital connections that mean something.
